Description:
Position Purpose
The Clinical Inventory Specialist secures and maintains both inventory and special-order requisitions for all Perioperative and Procedural Area departments
What you will do
Data entry into our ERP systems
Support the effort of product conversions in order to achieve cost savings
Maintain system administration for the inventory and billing entry into our ERP system
Ensure adequate charge capture in the electronic medical record (Epic)
Act as a liaison between the clinicians, Supply Chain activities and supplier relations
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a procedural area
Associates degree/Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
Working knowledge and expertise in Excel or equivalent spreadsheet application
Experience in an ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft
