Job Title - Clinical Dietitian I
Location: BS&W ? Hillcrest Hospital- Outpatient Cancer Center
SIGN ON BONUS- $2500
Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our dynamic and compassionate healthcare team as a Clinical Dietitian I at BS&W- Hillcrest Hospital.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, providing top-notch care to a diverse patient population. The Clinical Dietitian will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients. M-F, 8-5 work day, Will have the opportunity to work some inpatient in the BSW Hospital. Dietitians will also have the opportunity to work with Dietetic Internship Candidates.

BS&W - Hillcrest Hospital is a 260 bed healthcare facility offering a wide range of medical services and treatments to the local community. It is equipped with a level II trauma center, a level III NICU, two intensive care units and an inpatient rehab. Hillcrest offers a range of medical specialties, including cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, and more, and has a strong commitment to providing community outreach and education. At this location, the clinical dietitians are able to cover multiple medical units and explore their clinical interests. It's a great location to find your clinical specialty area and pursue an advanced practice credential.

Job Responsibilities
Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needsProvide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changesCollaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition careMonitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as neededStay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institutionRegistered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) designation required or the ability to obtain RD / RDN within 6 monthsLicensed Dietitian status in Texas or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 monthsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsPassion for helping patients achieve optimal health through proper nutrition
