　　We are now seeking a passionate, driven and energetic Clinical Consultant to join our Foot & Ankle team in Newcastle, NSW. This role will require a degree of travel to Sydney (2 days per week), and will be a full time, permanent position.

　　Our talented Clinical Consultants play a vital role in the moments that matter most - the seconds, minutes and hours in which patients lives are changed forever by the skills and knowledge of care givers.

　　Our Clinical Consultants:

　　Provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to internal and external customersAttend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker productsConduct in-service training and support our Territory ManagersProvide effective technical consultative service to customers before, during and after surgical casesConsistently drive customer and patient satisfactionApply product proficiency by ensuring customers comprehend technical specifications and on-label use of products

　　Requirements:

　　Current qualifications within allied health - physios, nurses, osteos are all encouraged to applyUnderstanding of the Orthopedic theatre environment and experience with Orthopedic devices and proceduresDemonstrated problem solving, collaborative teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjectsKeen learner and strong team player with a positive attitudeStrong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient outcome every time will ensure your success in this role.

　　You will have:

　　Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Science or Engineering.Previous orthopaedic exposure or knowledge would be highly advantageous, but is not essential.Strong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient out come every time will ensure your success in this role.Demonstrated problem solving, collaborative teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjects.Keen learner and strong team player with a positive attitudeAble to work autonomously and calmly under pressure.
