As a key member of cross-disciplinary teams, you'll champion applied climate adaptation and resilience initiatives spanning both the public and private sectors.
Harness your technical expertise, pioneering research, and inventive spirit to spearhead the enhancement of energy infrastructure against the challenges of climate change and extreme weather.
Make your voice resonate through compelling presentations, reports, and other deliverables, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, policy, environmental science, or a related field.
5+ years of impactful professional work experience in climate resiliency.
2+ years of experience of consulting or direct professional experience with energy/electric utilities in distribution and/or transmission planning or engineering addressing risks.
Additional experience may include climate change, critical infrastructure, risk management, asset management, strategic and long-range planning, project finance, or regulatory issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading the charge on intricate projects within the consulting or utility arena, both from a technical standpoint and a team management perspective.
8+ years of impactful professional work experience in climate resiliency
5+ years of experience of consulting or direct professional experience with energy/electric utilities specially with distribution and/or transmission planning or engineering departments.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$76,848.00 - $130,642.00
