What You'll Bring:* Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting conceptual services in a highlytechnical, complex, and fast-paced selling environment leveragingconsultative sales acumen.* Strong work ethic and a demonstrated track record of retaining and growing aclient base of $10M+.* Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying a need, todeveloping the solution with a measurable value prop, to closing the dealand seeing it through to implementation.* Excellent interpersonal, customer relationship management, andorganizational skills desired.* Fluent in negotiating complex agreements and communicating technicalconcepts.* Strong face-to-face and virtual presentation and meeting facilitationskills.* Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, high energy, drive towin, an ability to multitask and work creatively to resolve client issues.* Ability to champion new ideas, initiate change, think "outside of thebox," and drive innovation.* Ability to unite internal teams for effective and logical problem solving.* Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and virtualmeeting software (Teams, Zoom, etc.).* Potential for travel up to 20% of the time.
Impact You'll Make:* Proactively manage a large base of existing clients, supporting day-to-daycustomer relationships with roughly 150-200 clients valued at $10M+ inannual revenue.* Responsible for defending existing revenue within assigned account base,focusing specifically on driving client value by developing a deepunderstanding of each client's business needs and issues.* Expand relationships within existing account base to help uncoverincremental new revenue opportunities by partnering with Sales and ClientExecutives on any new business opportunities.* Coordinate and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with clients whereapplicable.* Coordinate all internal resources necessary to ensure any client issuesincluding service, billing, technical, delivery, etc. are resolvedefficiently and effectively.* Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends,emerging technologies & competitors specific to our Communications andEnergy vertical.* Maintain meeting notes, renewal forecasts, legal documentation, andclient contact information electronically in Salesforce.com for assignedclient base.* Create and maintain Account Business Plans within a matrixed internal teamfor assigned clients.* Provide clients with an ongoing education of TransUnion's solutions viathought leadership, events, etc.Benefits:TransUnion provides flexible benefits including flexible time off for exemptassociates, paid time off for non-exempt associates, tuitionreimbursement, additional (following any short-term disability) 10 weeksof parental leave with gradual return, adoption assistance, fertilitycoverage, spousal and domestic partner benefits, charity gift matching,employee stock purchase plan, retirement contributions with employermatch, organizational growth potential through our online learning platformwith guided career tracks, and access to TransUnion's Employee ResourceGroups.

Thisposition involves compensation based on commission. TransUnion pay mixes forcommission are generally 80-20, 70-30, or 60-40.
