The Team
Kepler’s Client Solutions team is made up of forward-thinking media planners and traders, many with ad platform optimization expertise across biddable media channels (including social, SEM, video/Advanced TV, and programmatic DSP media: audio, DOOH, native, display, etc.) and a keen sense of marketing strategy, data policy and technology trends. We work closely with our clients to help them understand how digital media can help them achieve their business objectives, creating strong partnerships rooted in mutual respect and transparency.
The Role
The Vice President, Client Solutions will manage and guide members of the Optimization & Innovation team and Client Solutions teams, who are actively using data-driven insights, innovative best practices, and creativity to design, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns from the ground up. In this exciting role, you will inspire the team to constantly deliver excellence, campaign innovation, and tangible business impact for clients.
As a client leader, you’ll be a trusted advisor to the executive team and to senior clients while maintaining relationships at the CMO level. You’ll also be a thought leader – solving client marketing challenges, overseeing development of sophisticated marketing & media plans, and leveraging data to develop insights and drive business results.
Candidates should have 10+ years of media experience -- and the ability to inspire a talented and diverse team, from Analysts to Directors, with experience scaling and maintaining transparent client relationships.
What You Will Do:
As the senior member of our San Francisco office, you will act as a visible leader for the Client Solutions team and that office, acting as the subject matter expert internally and externally for clients You will act as an expert in media strategy and ensure standardized best practices are being used across trading platforms and analytics tools Provide strategic and tactical guidance to a team of Analysts, Senior Analysts, Managers, Associate Directors and Directors who are responsible for building, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns Demonstrate a commitment to DE&I (diversity, equity, & inclusion) and foster an inclusive working environment for your team and company-wide Create and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and provide guidance to the team on how best to meet client priorities Lead your team through development of granular and innovative campaigns, designed to deliver bottom line business impact for our clients Continually improve upon best practices across teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency Participate as an active member on the Kepler US Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to manage and address organizational priorities (eg. BD support, staffing, account P&L mgmt) Support new client pitches & business development efforts as needed Desired Skills and Experience:
10+ years of deep digital experience across multiple paid media channels (e.g., paid search, programmatic/DSPs, Facebook/IG, advanced TV etc) Experience managing a team of 5+ direct reports Dynamic communication and presentation skills, able to break down complex topics into digestible takeaways Proven ability to think creatively about challenging analytic problems Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities and pay close attention to details Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative, collaborative, team-based environment Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Office tools, data analysis and internet technologies Ability to work from our SF office 3 days/week

Total Compensation:
Base Salary: $181,900 - $218,300 Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 25% ($45,500 - $54,600) Target Total Cash: $227,400 - $272,900 Benefits:
