  The mission of Client Solutions Manager is to contribute to the success of our clients through proposing effective and wholesome solutions. By collaborating with different stakeholders, the team aims to grow the business revenue and to lead sustainable growth of the business by providing necessary feedback to our product team. Using the knowledge of our own advertising product and the general knowledge of reservation/performance ads, the team solves the clients' problems with expertise.

  Responsibilities

  Client Solutions Manager - Finance Industriesは、『TikTok』、『Pangle』等のプラットフォームが金融クライアントの重要なマーケティングツールとなるよう、広告戦略の企画提案サポート、運用コンサルティングをはじめ、クライアントがTikTok for Businessを最大活用いただくための活動を⼀貫して⾏います。具体的な業務としては、以下を想定しております。

  - クライアントのマーケティング課題やプロモーションを成功に導くためのソリューション提案を通した売上の促進

  - 広告プロダクトの機能や配信ロジックを熟知し、そのベストな活用方法をクライアントに訴求し、広告パフォーマンスを最大化

  - 顧客向けの定期定例、勉強会などプロダクト理解を深めるための活動

  - 運用方法のベストプラクティスを蓄積、発信し、重要機能の導入率を向上

  - 社内のステークホルダと連携しアカウントの運用レベルを上げて売上を向上

  - 広告プロダクトの機能やロジックに関する生の声をプロダクトサイドに適切にフィードバックし、プロダクトを強くする

  Client Solutions Manager - Finance Industries will support the advertisers and the advertisement agencies related to Finance industries with their TikTok for Business advertisement strategies, provide consulting to ensure the effectiveness of their ads and increase client satisfaction. The specific responsibilities may include below (but not limited to):

  - Promote sales through solution proposals that lead to the success of clients' marketing challenges and promotions.

  - Familiarize clients with the functionality and delivery logic of advertising products, and advocate for their optimal utilization to maximize advertising performance.

  - Engage in activities such as regular meetings and workshops for customers to deepen their understanding of the product.

  - Accumulate and disseminate best practices for operational methods to improve the adoption rate of important features.

  - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to elevate the account management level and increase sales.

  - Provide constructive feedback to the product team regarding raw feedback on the functionality and logic of advertising products, to strengthen the product.

  Qualifications

  - 自分のチームだけにとどまらず、他部門や他の地域とのチームワークを大切に行動ができる

  - 周りと良好な関係性を構築することができる方

  - 四年制大学卒以上

  - 日本語流暢レベル以上

  歓迎条件

  - 新規顧客の開拓経験がある

  - 日常会話レベルの英語スキルがある

  Qualifications

  - At least 3 years of advertising sales experience

  - Responsible for digital media at a general advertising agency.

  - Advertising agency specializing in digital

  - Responsible for marketing in business companies

  - Experience in digital advertising management.

  - Tenacious negotiating skills and ability to propose solutions from the customer's perspective

  - Have made new proposals about advertising media.

  - Able to take initiative and act on their own initiative

  - Ability to act in teamwork not only with your own team, but also with other departments and other regions

  - Ability to build good relationships with others.

  - Four-year university graduate or above

  - Japanese fluency level or above

  Preferred

  - Experience in developing new clients.

  - Have daily conversational level English skills.
