About Client Solutions Manager, CPG, India

  The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for Meta's Global Business Group believes the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable, proven business results. The CSM is an enthusiastic Facebook/Instagram/Whatsapp solutions expert and master problem solver that puts the customer's needs at the core of everything they do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, branding strategy, creative upskilling and measurement for India's top CPG clients. In partnership with the Client Partner, this role is responsible for building executional and functional partnerships, using data and analytics to identify growth opportunities for Meta by building comprehensive solutions for our customers, and driving revenue by negotiating and optimizing opportunities that deliver on client's & media agencies' business objectives. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical rigour, a focus on client servicing, very strong collaboration with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. Meta's CPG business is one of the fastest growing businesses in India and the CSM plays a very integral role in that growth journey. This position is based at our Mumbai Office.

  Client Solutions Manager, CPG, India Responsibilities:

  In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded in achieving measurable business results for our customersServe as external solution consultant educating clients and agencies on our products and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnershipAnalyse platform & brand data to build insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook/Instagram Ads & Messaging solutionsBuild and nurture relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.).Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams. Be the voice of Meta into clients and agencies and the voice of the clients/agencies to the cross functional teams including Product and Product marketingGuide branding strategy, audience and media planning, and implementation & measurement of campaigns to deliver against pre-defined business KPIs. Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results deliveryIdentify optimisation opportunities for improving performance by managing projects on complex work streams.Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)Assist Product Marketing to build India 1st product roadmapMinimum Qualifications:

  5+ years' experience working directly with marketing, media planning, consulting with track record of problem solving and thought leadership. Min 2+ years of Brand Marketing experience preferred.Analytical thinker adept at analysing datasets and delivering actionable insightsEffective and creative problem solving and decision making skillsExperience working effectively with cross functional teams and ability to influence key stakeholdersProven track record of delivering on quota through collaborative cross functional ways of operatingAbility to manage multiple & complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to detailsStrong communication ability to confidently present ideas, solutions, frameworks to CXOs, media heads, agency partnersAbility to travel as needed within India to lead a book of business comprising multiple CPG clientsPreferred Qualifications:
