About Client Solutions Lead

  We are looking for a Client Solution Lead to support clients in our global consulting practice at Exadel. This role will serve as a trusted strategic technical advisor to senior clients (CIO’s, Senior VP’s, VP’s, Senior Product Managers, etc.) in alignment with our Business Development and Account Management teams to originate and close new project opportunities.

  Location: Berlin or Munich Metropolitan Areas, Germany

  Working Environment: Remote with occasional travel

  Reporting Manager: Head of Software and Engineering

  Direct Reports: N/A

  Key Interfaces: Client Executives, Business Development, Account Management, Senior Management, Delivery Management, Business Unit Leads

  KPI’s:

  Client satisfaction (NPS measured by Exadel and feedback surveys). Client sales growth. New client engagements. Qualifications:

  10-15 years of experience in technology consulting, solutions, and services. 2-4 years of experience in a similar Client Solutions role working with enterprise clients. Significant breadth and depth of experience in architecture, development, and implementation of cloud-native software products. Proven track record of conceptualizing, architecting, designing, implementing, and deploying large-scale, complex technology platforms. Deep proficiency in stakeholder engagement and consensus building by modeling technical solutions, documenting trade-off analyses, and presenting in large and diverse group settings. Direct experience supporting the business development life cycle as a technical thought leader. Hands-on experience in cloud platforms and technologies. Responsibilities:

  Ensure high client satisfaction of ongoing projects, demonstrate full value proposition and offering of Exadel to new clients and existing accounts.

  Oversee a range of accounts and regularly meet with clients to evaluate their business challenges, help them arrive at the best-fit technology solution, and ensure high-quality delivery of the entire suite of Exadel solution services, e.g.:

  Define, implement, and execute processes from concept to design and build modern cloud-native solutions in alignment with the client’s architectural tenets. Work side-by-side with stakeholders to connect the dots between business processes, technologies, and people. Build consensus among a diverse set of client stakeholders by developing solution alternatives, eliciting feedback, and refining solutions. Coordinate across delivery managers and together with the team identify new client needs, e.g. product innovation, automation, modernization, and process improvements. Expand client relationship networks and the use of Exadel’s services and capabilities, leveraging Exadel SME’s where appropriate. Understand emerging architectural patterns and apply them to business problems to drive technical solutions. Perform ongoing research and assessment of new approaches for potential use within Exadel. For new business development and client origination:

  Work with Exadel business unit leaders, sales teams, account managers, and practice leads to design and develop state of the art solutions and offerings. Provide technical leadership in solution creation for sales proposals. Legal Disclaimers:
