WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to the Melbourne Operations Services Senior Manager, the Client Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience for clients and internal stakeholders alike.
Working alongside two Client Services Assistants, you'll team collaboratively to perform a diverse range of office and administration tasks to ensure the seamless running of daily operations.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Manage day to day operations of the Client Services Team to provide the highest levels of standards and service across all areas of the function
Manage the office environment, acting as the main point of contact for all building management matters
Manage office budget in partnership with the Operations Services Senior Manager; including approval of relevant supplier invoices
Negotiate and build relationships with key suppliers to ensure the best quality, price, and service
Manage and oversee the operation of the reception desk including receiving, screening, and directing calls; attending to requests and greeting all visitors
Prioritise, manage, and coordinate meeting room bookings for all front-of-house rooms; including catering, configuration, and technical setups
Manage and coordinate a wide variety of in-house meetings, workshops, and events
Manage and oversee all front-of-house office facilities including stock, stationery & kitchen supplies
Work closely with the Operations Services Senior Manager and Office Lead to set direction for Client Services; determining office priorities, maintenance, and emergency management response plans
Work closely with the Operations Services Senior Manager & Melbourne Social Committee to budget and coordinate all office events
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Significant reception, concierge or office administration experience
Previous experience managing Front of House operations
Proficient technical skills across MS Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Sound organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing excellence in service delivery and workplace experience
Proactive nature; you have a solution-oriented approach and willingness to assist others

YOU'LL WORK WITH
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
