Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a purpose built, state-of-the-art film and television studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK. This 200-acre secure site has half a million square feet of stage space, production offices and workshops together with an exterior filming tank, one of the largest indoor heated underwater filming tanks in Europe and a 100 acre back-lot. WBSL has some of the largest sound stages in the UK and is proving to be a very popular facility for production clients.
WB Leavesden Park, adjacent to the Studio, offers modern and flexible office space for Production Companies. The site also has its own, on-site Set Lighting & Rigging rental division, which provides the industry with state-of-the-art lighting equipment, scaffolding and production supplies for stage and location shoots. WB De Lane Lea based in Soho, London, provides state of the art facilities in audio post-production for feature films and television.
WBSL also have an onsite childcare facility available to WB employees and onsite productions called The WonderWorks.
These facilities make Warner Bros. Entertainment the only Hollywood studio to own and operate a production and post-production facility in the UK.
Your New Role...
Providing support to our Client Services team, the role will ensure efficient service delivery to our clients and customers.The successful candidate will collate and disseminate information within the department and to Productions and tenants.This role provides a link between the Client Services and Operations teams to deliver excellent production experience.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Administration
Receiving, processing and issuing incoming queries to the relevant parties to ensure a quick and efficient resolution of queries.Provide timely responses to our clients on the progress of their query.Assist with coordinating and conduction visits, events and tours to the Studios.Filing and maintaining records for Client Services and Operations.To assist the team in the daily operation of the Studios.Maintaining spreadsheets and bookings systems
Stock
Ensuring that mail is dispatched in time for daily collections, and the sorting and distribution of incoming post.Monitoring of stationery supplies and ordering as required.
People
Assist Client Services and Operations with distribution of site information to all relevant parties on-site accurately and in a timely manner.Work within the team to consistently deliver an excellent level of customer service to all on and off-site clients.Welcome visitors to the department and direct them as appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience...
Our apprenticeship positions are designed to be an alternative to university education, therefore we are only seeking applications from people who have not already graduated from university with a degree.Strong organisational skills.Ability to work pro-actively to ensure smooth running of the site.Good communication skills.Ability to give clear and concise instructions.Good research skills and the ability to draw information from various sources.Ability to multi task and prioritise.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Self motivated, enthusiastic and capable of working on own initiative.A positive and patient attitude.

Salary: £19,700 p/a Contract Length: 18 months Start Date: 25th March 2024Qualification: Level 3 Business AdministrationYou will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects. You will have access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers' series, special screenings and more. You will be part of our Early Talent network of over 100 interns & apprentices, meaning you will have an important support network of other students, graduates and apprentices and plenty of opportunities to socialise!
