  Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team! In this role, under the direction of the client services supervisor, you will assist clients provide best in class client service. We are looking for someone to answer client inquiries received via phone, correspondence, and emails.

  We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

  Responsibilities:Act as a liaison for internal/external vendors, while ensuring a timely and efficient delivery of printed materialsResearch and provide solutions to day-to-day inquiries and requests by internal and external customersCoordinate document prepress production with internal and external domestic and offshore teamsAssist with the development of workflow processes, procedures and reporting.Liaise between Client, Print Operations, Sales and Client Services to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the printed materialFoster Team Approach and positive relationships with Account Management/Sales and vendorsResponsible for On-Boarding and management of existing and new Issuer & Mutual Fund accountsQualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredStrong social and customer service skillsA self-starter with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.)Ability work in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing circumstancesAbility to multi-task, and excellent time management and follow-up skillsAbility to maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their happinessBroadridge associates helped us envision our Connected Workplace, a work model that allows associates around the globe to take advantage of the benefits of both on-site and off-site work to support our clients, one another, and the communities where we live and work.
