About Client Service Associate

  Your role

  Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people?

  We're looking for a Client Service Associate to:

  • keep management systems up-to-date with client information

  • educate clients on account services and capabilities

  • help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings

  • collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests

  • plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials

  • provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

  Your team

  You'll be working on a Wealth Management team in the Naples, FL UBS office. Our role is to manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients. Our team offers solutions for managing wealth and planning for succession. You'll play an important role in the daily servicing of our wealth management clients.

  Your expertise

  • series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only)

  • ideally 2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector

  • bachelor degree preferred

  • excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills

  • detail oriented (nothing gets past you)

  • independent, motivated, proactive, and focused

  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
