Summary This position will provide administrative support to the VP of Sales, Regional Sales Directors, Client Relations Directors, and Manager, Client Relations. The primary responsibilities of this position will be gathering data and developing financial quotes and presentations for contract renewals and for prospective clients. This position also will track policy documents and contracts as well as generate reports on an as-needed basis. Responsible for monthly reports for all clients.

Minimum Qualifications
• High School graduate
• Stop Loss experience
• 2 years of related experience, may train the proper candidate
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge of employee benefits and/or stop loss
• Must have extensive knowledge and proficient use of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas)
• Must have an analytical mindset - ability to analyze reports, proposals, etc
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written communications
• Capable to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.
• Strong attention to the minute details
• Must be able to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
Essential Functions
• Prepares a Request for Proposal (RFP) to send to underwriters for financial terms of new business and renewal business
• Gathers information from service consultants, brokers, carriers and other appropriate vendors to complete calculation sheets for new business and renewals.
• Communicates with consultants, carriers, vendors, and preferred provider organizations insure deadlines are met
• Reviews quotes sent by the carriers for accuracy.
• Cross trains on reports.
• Prepares, reviews and distributes periodic reports to clients.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role.
Work Environment This job is a remote work-from-home position. Local candidates may also work at the corporate office, occasionally.
