As a Client Performance Analysis Intern you will perform performance/power testing/analysis of new (e.g. AI) and existing (e.g. media, productivity, gaming) workloads on existing and new client systems (Intel and competitive based systems, including but not limited to laptops, desktops, gaming systems, workstations). Communicate to management, marketing and engineering insights and drive recommendations on strengths/weaknesses of workloads and platforms. Recommend/develop new lab/analysis processes based on learnings. Focus will be on products that are launching or are launched during the internship.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
Minimum qualifications:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related STEM degree and 3+ months experience in:
Benchmarking and computer system testing
AI/ML software
Preferred qualifications:
Coursework in programming and/or computer architecture.
Experience with building/installing/debugging client or similar hardware systems.
Demonstrated experience with design of experiments/benchmarking, completing those experiments and reporting out results and conclusions.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $40,000.00-$108,000.00 (Hourly Role)
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
