Title: Client Partner/Account Manager (Banking)

Responsibilities:
Develop and assess account strategies to meet revenue targetsBuild upon existing client relationships through meetingsMonitor client satisfaction and update strategies when necessaryCreate and negotiate new business proposals for key stakeholders within the client teamResolve customer concerns and requests efficientlyAccountable for a portfolio of business including client relationship management, growth, service diversification, and delivery commitments.Represent Capgemini, providing great client satisfaction, building client relationships throughout all levels and up to C level suiteDrive expansion of Capgemini solutions and services within the portfolio, provide financial forecast and implement actions to grow the portfolioWorking with the Senior Account Management Team to manage the sales to delivery handoff to ensure smooth transition to teamServe as a demand management team member, working in collaboration with the Delivery Executive, responsible for alignment on staffing needs, and working in partnership with practices/recruitmentAlign client's vision and strategy by helping to deliver market leading solutions and services with the focus of diversification across the portfolio to enable long term growthBuild new and maintaining relationships with key customer contacts on IT and Business side with goal of becoming trusted advisors and strategic partnersEstablish regular cadence with client peers to discuss Capgemini and position Capgemini as the partner of choiceResponsible for assisting in RFPs, RFIs, proposals including solution definition, financial construct and overall submission quality including orals coordinationLearn to shape and close deals within the portfolio, reviewing all deals for Account and MU objectives, schedule, and lead deal reviews; manage the overall sales process.Draft and finalizing contracts for new work.Bring innovative ideas to the client for use of the innovation fundMaintain Alliances relationships
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in IT industry and salesNeed to have played a role in Business Development and account/engagement managementMust have a very strong familiarity in Financial Services and have managed at least one large banking client for 3+ yearsOriented to solution selling and willing to learnMust have solid experience selling IT Services in the banking vertical
