  About the Team

  Global Business Solutionsとは、TikTok for Businessをはじめとしたマーケティングソリューションを、新しい興味や関心事を探しているオーディエンスと、企業/ブランドを自然に結びつけることで、認知拡大から顧客獲得まで、様々なファネルにおけるビジネス課題を解決に導びいています。

  Global Business Solutions (GBS) is where we provide solutions to businesses through our advertisement products such as TikTok for Business. By connecting businesses to our platform's audiences who are looking for the next interest, we provide full-funnel solutions.

  Salesチームの役割は以下の通りです。

  ・広告主のマーケティング課題の解決に向け、フルファネルでソリューションを提供する。

  ・様々なクライアントや広告代理店とのパートナーシップを通し、TikTok for Businessをはじめとした広告関連のプロダクトを通したマネタイズを推進する。

  ・ByteDanceが持つ製品や開発に関する情報を提供し、クライアントに対し提案を行う。

  ・日本市場における新規の広告主・代理店の開拓と既存の広告主・代理店のフォローを行う。

  ・社内のステークホルダと密に連携し、今後のTikTok for Businessの発展に向け戦略的に連携を取る。

  Salesチームには、広告主へ直接営業活動を進めるClient Partnerの他に、広告代理店向けの営業活動を推進するAgency Partnerがおります。

  The responsibilities of Sales team are as follows:

  - Provide full-funnel solutions to solve our clients' marketing challenges

  - Monetize our advertisement products, such as TikTok for Business, through partnerships with advertisers and advertisement agencies

  - Use information and knowledge that we have as ByteDance and make proposals to our clients

  - Manage existing accounts and develop new clients (advertisers and advertisement agencies in Japan)

  - Grow our business through collaboration with internal stakeholders

  Our Sales team consists of Client Partners, who conduct sales activities directly for advertisers, and Agency Partners, who promote sales activities for advertising agencies.

  Job Scope

  Client Partnerは、『TikTok』、『Pangle』等のプラットフォームが、クライアントの重要なマーケティングツールとなるよう、広告戦略の企画提案からクロージングまで⼀貫して⾏います。具体的な業務としては、以下を想定しております。

  1. クライアントのニーズと課題の発⾒と分析

  2. ⾃社アプリを利⽤した最適な広告ソリューションの提案

  3. 日本市場におけるクライアントの新規開拓と既存クライアントのフォロー

  4. 他部門とのコミュニケーションを通し、既存業務の問題点を発見し解決に向けて周囲と協力して推進

  5. 業種・プロダクト別での営業戦略の⽴案および実行

  6. ナレッジの蓄積及び社内マーケティング・プロダクト・オペレーション部⾨へのフィードバック

  7. 各種プロジェクトの推進・サポート例:パッケージ起案/拡販PJ, プロダクト拡販PJ, オペレーション改善PJ など

  Client Partner will carry out all tasks from advertising strategy planning to closing so that our platforms such as "TikTok" and "Pangle" will become important marketing tools for clients. Specific tasks are as follows.

  1. Discovery and analysis of clients' needs and challenges

  2. Proposal of optimal advertisement solutions using in-house apps

  3. Development of new clients and management of existing clients in the Japanese market

  4. Communication with other departments in order to discover and solve problems in existing operations

  5. Planing and execution of sales strategies by industry and product

  6. Accumulation of knowledge and feedback to internal marketing, product and operation departments

  7. Execution and support of various projects, such as: package proposal/sales promotion PJ, product sales promotion PJ, operation improvement PJ, etc.

  Qualifications

  必須条件

  - 広告に関する営業経験を3年以上もつ

  - 総合広告代理店においてデジタルメディアを担当

  - デジタル専門の広告代理店

  - 事業会社におけるマーケティングを担当

  - 粘り強い交渉力を持ち、顧客目線でソリューション提案ができる

  - 広告媒体の新規提案をしたことがある

  - 主体性を持ち、行動ができる

  - 自分のチームだけにとどまらず、他部門や他の地域とのチームワークを大切に行動ができる

  - 周りと良好な関係性を構築することができる方

  - 四年制大学卒以上

  - 日本語流暢レベル以上

  歓迎条件

  - 新規顧客の開拓経験がある

  - 日常会話レベルの英語スキルがある

  Qualifications

  - At least 3 years of advertising sales experience

  - Responsible for digital media at a general advertising agency.

  - Advertising agency specializing in digital

  - Responsible for marketing in business companies

  - Tenacious negotiating skills and ability to propose solutions from the customer's perspective

  - Have made new proposals about advertising media.

  - Able to take initiative and act on their own initiative

  - Ability to act in teamwork not only with your own team, but also with other departments and other regions

  - Ability to build good relationships with others.

  - Four-year university graduate or above

  - Japanese fluency level or above

  Preferred

  - Experience in developing new clients.

  - Have daily conversational level English skills.
