Together we'll dismantle barriers to housing for working families and use data to eliminate the racial wealth gap. The ability to build credit from rental payments has the potential to give over 45 million renters with little to no credit a pathway into the financial system. Those individuals then stand to save over $200,000 in reduced lifetime interest payments, build home equity by qualifying for mortgages, and build wealth by passing job screening requirements. The transformational impact of this cannot be understated.
The challenge
Esusu's Client Onboarding and Rent Reporting teams need to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients from Sales to Account Managers to Operations to Engineering. We need a dedicated team to own and deliver on key tasks and to support the overall end-to-end process.
What you will help us deliver: Serve as a go-to resource for the Client Onboarding team navigating onboarding new clients Take ownership of current process steps around: Creating FurnisherIDs for TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian Secure property management system credentials through from the client and validate information in the Admin Console/PostMan Support setup in TurnKey Lender (TKL) for rent relief Securing CSV files from new clients each month and modifying to Golden File Format Creating and modifying JIRA tasks for Client Onboarding epics Support the monthly CSV process by: Working with clients to ensure delivery and quality of data in monthly CSV file formats Data analysis and transformation Assist the Client Onboarding and Rent Reporting teams with key initiatives, ad hoc projects, and other tasks as needed Core competencies: Attention to detail: Onboarding is highly cross-functional and intricate Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in order to successful gain buy-in and teaming with internal stakeholders and clients Collaborative execution: Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve organizational goals to streamline onboarding in a collaborative, empathetic, and transparent manner. Continuous Improvement Mindset: continuously on the lookout for ways to improve processes and to make our client's experiences better.
