About Client Onboarding and Regulatory Services Associate

  Morgan Stanley is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services.   The primary responsibilities are:

  Performing process quality checks and driving process improvementsReviewing customer databases (i.e. data checks on the core system of Morgan Stanley and review of the records of existing clients).Raising and escalating potential data quality, process or policy issuesReviewing documentation and data to ensure it meets regulatory requirementsProviding status reports and escalating issues to management, as appropriateLead detailed analysis with line staff, wider Ops groups to proactively identify, analyze/quantify manual inefficiencies (non-value added activities) and determine how processes can be improved with resources and tools (Excel Automation & SharePoint);

  Outstanding attention to detail and analytical ability

  Professional Excel SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task, work to tight deadlines, and prioritize effectivelyAbility to work independentlyGood computer skills, quick adaption to new systemsUnderstanding of regulatory landscapeAdaptability and flexibility, ability to perform under pressure or in changing environmentAbility to interact effectively with others across departments, regions and time zonesProblem solving through initiative and tenacityExcellent organizational skillsStrong listening and verbal/written communicationsStrong presentation skillsExperiences Required:- 3 years' experience in financial services or other related operational roles- Experience in regulatory compliance or equivalent background is advantageous- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications- Quality Control or Assurance experience is advantageous- Experience in the financial industry or equivalent background is advantageous

  Role is Hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week.
