The primary responsibilities are:
Performing process quality checks and driving process improvementsReviewing customer databases (i.e. data checks on the core system of Morgan Stanley and review of the records of existing clients).Raising and escalating potential data quality, process or policy issuesReviewing documentation and data to ensure it meets regulatory requirementsProviding status reports and escalating issues to management, as appropriateLead detailed analysis with line staff, wider Ops groups to proactively identify, analyze/quantify manual inefficiencies (non-value added activities) and determine how processes can be improved with resources and tools (Excel Automation & SharePoint);

Role is Hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week.
