JOB SUMMARY:
Client Managers provide high-quality service to our Clients and Account Executives. They work to ensure satisfaction by balancing the quality of service and speed of response. In this role, the Client Manager will support Client(aka Account) Executives in the administration of policies, coordination of billing/payment, processing applications and other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following job duties:
Employee will exercise independent judgment and discretion about the management and tracking of policy renewals The employee will manage client conversations or general business operations of their manager’s customers Research and respond to client as well as insurance carrier questions Employee will prepare meeting presentations with limited direction Invoicing Set up new and renewal policies in Benefit Point Assist communications team with preparation and review of client communication pieces Assist with preparation of requests for proposals Review marketing and financial exhibits Scan and maintain documents, policies and correspondence in share drive Manage day to day client billing inquiries COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Two years of insurance brokerage or insurance carrier experience preferred Strong computer skills including MS office suite, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be detail oriented. Must have excellent organization and time management skills. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
College degree in Insurance or related field preferred. Insurance licensed preferred The national average salary for this role is $55,000 to $75,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
