  The Client Executive - Enterprise Account at Microsoft leads the engagement with our most valued clients, helping them to transform into digitally led businesses. Embracing a challenger mindset, the successful candiate will excel at developing and sustaining strategic relationships across leadership teams across the customers business. With an aptitude for creating a clear vision for success, they will drive revenue, adoption of our cloud platforms and market share growth for our clients by orchestrating across the global business, mobilising teams to deliver business outcomes enabled by our transformative technologies and solutions.

  Responsibilities

  As a Client Executive at Microsoft, consider yourself the dedicated virtual CEO of an account who leads our top customer into the digital age.  ​​The Client Executive will be responsible for the following:

  Leadership & Orchestration

  Industry Business Leader ​ - Build trusted relationships through engagements focused on driving the customer’s desired business outcomes using Microsoft technologies

  Strategic Agility – ability to leverage insights and trends from across the industry to anticipate new growth opportunities for the customer and Microsoft by way of new market opportunities, innovative solutions and new service modes.

  Business / Account Planning – build, own and orchestrate, dynamic, relevant business and account plans detailing critical insights, new business opportunities, technology strategy and operating model aligned to customer priorities and each of Microsoft’s solution areas, (Modern Workplace, Business Apps, Apps and Infrastructure, Data and AI).

  Organisational Agility - build and grow a coalition of support between the client (IT, Business and Executives) and Microsoft business leaders to act as one in partnering together.

  Strong leadership by coaching teams and setting clear vision, with a strong sense of purpose and clear accountabilities to deliver results. Helping teams increase overall skills, specifically technical and industry acumen to deliver innovative ideas accelerating customer success in the cloud.

  *Execution *

  Lead, drive and manage opportunities for each of the 4 Digital Transformation pillars and 4 Solution Areas.   

  Consistent achievement of revenue and consumption targets through rigorous sales discipline - pipeline, forecast management.

  Leverage and utilise key business and industry insights to elevate customer conversation and action. 

  World class customer service through alignment of customer objectives and plan to achieve.

  Orchestrate and coordinate the team, ensuring that the best of Microsoft and our partners is brought to bear to help our customers deliver their business goals.

  Qualifications

  A strong consulting, business or relevant sales background

  Proven experience with enterprise clients is highly desired.

  Strong growth mindset.  Seeks to solve for difficult and complex business and customer challenges.

  Experience working with and leading virtual teams across multiple geographic locations and domains.

  Strong relationship skills working with C-level, business decision makers.

  Masters degree or MBA strongly desired.
