  Job Summary

  As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for joining a cross functional team, and managing the business relationships that drive the consumption of NetApp's products and services by one of NetApp's largest and most strategic healthcare payer/provider accounts globally. You will work directly with all subsidiaries to capture sales opportunities and to work effectively across NetApp internal functions to drive business growth. This position will be based in the Twin Cities in order to operate closely with the team who also lives in this territory.

  Job Requirements

  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively across organizations to maximize business results.

  • Understand the client's strategic growth plans, business drivers, technology strategy, technology footprint, and engaged landscape.

  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers and internal teams through the entire business cycle.

  • Build and strengthen NetApp's business relationship with the client; ensure all needs are met through the customer lifecycle.

  • Build executive relationships internally and externally, influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner for the client.

  • Contribute to the development of company objectives and principles, and to achieve sales function goals in creative and effective ways.

  • Effectively work with and influence senior internal personnel and employees in other functions that support the sales effort.

  • Act as leader and major decision maker for team projects with significant interdependencies.

  Qualifications

  Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Strong leadership, customer service, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to travel globally (25%-50% travel).

  Further Qualifications:

  • Background in IT infrastructure, Cloud Service, and/or SaaS, IaaS, PaaS.

  • Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of sales strategies and demonstrated ability to execute.

  • Experience in selling to healthcare payer & provider is ideal

  • Broad exposure to a variety of technologies and technology concepts in a distributed environment.

  The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is [$Hiring Range Min] - [$Hiring Range Max]. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
