Client Care Coordinator
Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needsand provide solutions in the form of a service plan
Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following theconsultative sales process
Work with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a clientscare
Conduct client & Care Pro introductions with new clients
Requirements include:
Strong computer skills, including data entry
Healthcare experience desired (Caregiver, LPN, LNA)
Sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative problem solver in fast-paced environment
Must have good driving record as this position requires traveling to theclients homes.
Attention to detail and follow up imperative
Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
Hourly non-exempt position: \$20-\$23 per hour
