Your role
• provide best-in-class client experience through active communication, anticipation and fulfillment of needs, exceptional attention to detail, and quick inquiry resolution
• onboard and maintain client accounts, optimize operational efficiencies, process incoming/outgoing wires and charitable gifts, cash management, and key information documentation
• input orders at the direction of clients and/or Financial Advisor
• perform administrative duties that support daily business practices, such as telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, meeting coordination, expense reports, and team calendar management
• support team's business development efforts by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms.

Your team
You'll be working as a member of Texas Market Wealth Management Americas, in the FAST (Financial Advisor Service Team) hub. Where we help high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a Client Associate, you'll play an important role providing excellent service to our Financial Advisors and clients.
Your expertise
• ideally 2-4 years of experience in a relevant branch operations environment
• series 7 and 66
• proven written and verbal communication skills
• independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action
• passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
• self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations
