Your role
A Client Associate services clients and provides operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• input data in to financial planning tools
• assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service requests
Key Deliverables:
• leverage communications channels to enhance relationships with clients
• maintain management systems with up to date client information
• organize logistics for team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide team with calendar detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities
• identify service opportunities for clients

Your team
You'll be working with a dynamic, growing team in southern California. Benefiting our clients by offering all the firm has to offer. As a client service Associate, you'll play an important role within the team leading client service focus.
Your expertise
• ideally 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor's or master`s degree or equivalent, focusing on day to day client service
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• series 7 and 66 licenses a plus. Must be willing to get licensed
