BRIEF DESCRIPTION / OVERVIEW :
We are looking for a Client Associate. You will assist wealth managers and financial planners in preparing and processing paperwork to open and maintain client accounts. You will resolve any account related issues that occur, process distributions and contributions to client accounts by either check or electronic means. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing essential tasks related to delivering exceptional service to a client, preparing paperwork, managing account transfer, recordkeeping, data entry and communicating with custodians, advisors, client.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily practice, including coordinating and preparing meeting materials Communicate with both clients and internal staff to resolve account-related issues Oversee new and existing account paperwork and service requests, including account transfers Direct client contributions and distributions via ACH/wire/check Administer recordkeeping across multiple systems Manage alternative asset reporting and data entry Perform compliance and business reporting Other projects as assigned by manager QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS : Bachelor's degree Prior experience in financial services field preferred Prior experience with Custodial and Orion platforms Strong communication skills Detail-oriented Microsoft Office/Windows 10 experience JOB CLASSIFICATION & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : Job Classification: Full-Time Benefits: Yes #LI-SD1
