The Client Account Manager will provide account support for key health plan clients for AbleTo. They will assist the Account Director in the support and management of client accounts.
This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
We offer weeks of paid on-the-job training via job shadowing. The hours during training will be 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as a client contact for matters specific to assigned client and associated projects.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering timely and effective solutions, materials or deliverables in support of the client account plan and clients’ objectives.
Support professionally appropriate and meaningful communication with clients in writing and / or verbally as requested with assigned clients.
Build and deliver the required materials to support client communications and operational or outcomes reports.
Forecast, track and report key account performance and metrics using company client account management tools.
Conduct research and propose solution(s) to Account Executive for issues that may arise with client accounts, files or reporting.
Assist with high priority or escalated issues and / or clients requests as needed.
Partner with internal teams to seek answers to client or member inquiries.
Execute on client requests and provide recommendations to help improve processes over time.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business OR health related field
3+ years of experience with client OR relevant account work in the healthcare industry (health plans, employers, providers, etc.)
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically
Ability to work any shift between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to commute to the office located at 320 W. 37th Street, 5th Floor New York, NY, 10018 for one time per week
Reside within a commutable distance of New York, NY, Manhattan, NY, Brooklyn, NY, Stamford, CT, Hoboken, NJ, OR Jersey City, NJ
Telecommuting Requirements:
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Soft Skills:
Experience with managing multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail based on customer needs
Experience with working independently and across departments and client departments to ensure work is timely and complete
Experience with communicating and coordinating account activities effectively across the organization
Attention to detail and follow - through skills
Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
