DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Clerical Assistant 3, you are responsible for screening for appropriateness, completeness, and urgency to all new incoming correspondence. You respond to obtain additional information needed and to inquiries on case status and program requirements. In addition, you respond to lien inquiries from recipients, their legal representatives, CAO's insurance companies, land title companies and other outside agencies.
Additional duties include researching, analyzing, and evaluating information from databases to compile, compare, and retrieve required data needed to perform functions. You research and analyze necessary information by using government regulations and policies.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5-hour work weekWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to three (3) days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.
