Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); orGraduation from high school; orAn equivalent combination of experience and training.Additional Requirements:You must have two or more years of experience with Microsoft Word.You must have two or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel in maintaining spreadsheets and logs.You must have two or more years of experience utilizing various office equipment such as a personal computer, copying machine, facsimile machine, and postage meter.You must have one or more years of experience working in a position that requires maintaining a filing system.You must be able to perform essential job functions.Legal Requirement:You must pass criminal history and background investigations.How to Apply:
