The Cybersecurity Manager will partner with the security team, program, and government customers to perform as an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) for programs located at the LM facility in Boulder, CO.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement government-approved information security procedures and system security plans for the operation of networked and standalone classified computers systems.
- Coordinate government agency approvals/accreditations and be responsible for ongoing compliance of accredited systems.
- Conduct periodic system self-inspections/testing, weekly system audits, media reviews and comprehensive investigations of computer security incidents, and engage other organizations for expertise as needed.
Additional scope will include policy interpretation, ongoing guidance and direction to onsite personnel on Information System Security issues, as well as security in general, and participation in applicable Review Boards and Technical Exchange Meetings. You will interact with customer personnel on a regular basis regarding ongoing compliance and to coordinate system modifications.
The successful candidate must have solid technical knowledge on how to configure, harden, and manage the security posture on Windows and Linux-based information systems, and be able to consult on the design, development, integration, and analysis of classified computing systems.
Basic Qualifications:
• Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility
• Experience running a Cybersecurity program
• Vast knowledge of Cybersecurity requirements and the Risk Management Framework in DCSA DAAPM 2.2 environments
• Strong business acumen
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills with senior and program leadership (written and oral)
• DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification
Desired Skills:
• Experience implementing new and complex technologies at multiple classification levels within large environments and at an Enterprise level
• Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline and 15 years of relevant work experience or a Master's Degree and 13 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with eMASS/Xacta
• Experience with Splunk/Nessus/Nmap/SCAP
• Develop and maintain detailed program support documentation
• Develop and maintain a budget to include support business development efforts (develop Basis of Estimates for project labor cost)

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $123,500 - $236,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
