As a Civil Engineering Intern in any of our California offices or Remotely, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. You’ll be leading and developing civil design for a variety of projects, including high rise, healthcare, institutional projects.
You’ll be responsible for the ongoing progress of a project task or segment, including the coordination of the project with City, County, and State officials, and other outside agencies. You’ll use your problem-solving skills to resolve a variety of complex problems, (i.e. conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, difficult coordination requirements).
You’ll also have the chance to utilize your technical expertise mentoring junior team members to help your team discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward.

Here’s what you’ll need :
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills
Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
Ability to work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
Passionate about civil design, buildings, data centers, and construction
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Civil 3D, BIM360, and ProjectWise experience.
Experience developing and modeling Civil 3D design surfaces and civil site pipeline systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
The base salary range for this position is $28.20 to $32.20. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
