For the right candidate, this position also provides thepotential to develop into a Group Leader in the Green Bay office.Responsibilities include: Project oversight including setting prioritiesand developing objectives, project financial management as well ashands-on involvement in the design process. The ability to serve as atechnical resource for a multi-disciplined team. Project engineering andmanagement. Mentor less experienced staff members. Business developmentactivities including proposal preparation, projectinterviews/presentations, and client management. Professional societyinvolvement. In order to be considered for this position, candidatesmust possess the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree inCivil Engineering. Master\'s degree with an emphasis on hydraulics,hydrology or a related field of study is a plus. Minimum of 8 years ofexperience in designing and managing a wide variety of site developmentprojects, municipal roadway and utility projects, with WisDOT knowledgea plus. Knowledge of stormwater management design and permittingregulations. Knowledge of municipal utility design including sanitarysewer and water main. Abilities to mentor staff and successfully lead aproject team is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with amulti-discipline and architect-led team on large projects. ProfessionalEngineer (PE) License in Wisconsin. PE licenses in other Midwest statesis a plus. Good communication skills and a proven track record insuccessfully interacting with clients and internal team members isnecessary. Proficient with hydrology and hydraulic software.
