About CI Specialist - HR EMEA

  The CI/Lean Analyst has the primary responsibility of continuously improving HR processes across the EMEA region and improve overall quality outcomes in order to achieve Eaton's strategic objectives. Participating and supporting BPI events and actively lead and support Idea Management. This role will plan, control and execute process improvement projects followoing Eaton's Continuous Improvement Standards to ensure business objectives are met. Responsible for project management, organizational communication, training, adoption and change management.

  What you'll do:

  Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste removal, and cost reduction across EMEA HR function Identify the gaps, non-efficient and non-value added activities and offers solution/method for changeLeads and drives AS-IS analysis, identify process and system implementation requirements, compare with best practice and support implementation activitiesPartner with country/ site HR/COE teams to develop plans to establish and improve standardized/harmonized processesGather the key business questions/obstacles break it down into drivers and drainers by applying Scientific Problem Solving approach.Establish, drive and lead working teams across HR EMEA to execute CI initiatives utilizing EBS and Lean tools.Develops test cases and coordinates user acceptance testing, plans/coordinate deployment.Create detailed procedures and working instructions, supporting Training and Knowledge Management FrameworkSupport the transition of processes and champion change management approachesCollaborate and align with CI resources in HRS (Global & EMEA) to support HRS process improvementsBuild strong relationships and open communications with key members of the project teamsFacilitate productivity be removing impediments teams will encounter, mediating through conflicts, helping team to make decisions and adhering to continuous improvement/Agile principles

  Qualifications:

  University Degree in HR, Psychology or Business Administration desired, other areas welcome. '3-5 years of experience with process improvement Fluency in English is required. Fluency in an other language (French, German) is a plus.Knowledgeable and experienced with CI framework and Lean Tool set: Value Stream Mapping (VSM), EBS Pull System, Standardized Work, 5S, etc.Experience with HR processes is a plus. Passion for Continuous ImprovementDemonstrated ability for effective change management.

  Skilled at synthesis and analysisProject Management skillsAbility to lead HR teams across the region in the development and implementation of improvement initiatives in a highly diverse and matrixed organization.Strong customer service and customer experience focus, organizational and communication skills
