We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to the CMO, to support the planning and execution of the Marketing organization’s strategy and key initiatives. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the CMO and marketing leadership team, fostering collaboration and alignment, driving operational excellence, and ensuring marketing leadership are well-equipped to execute effectively and efficiently.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Work closely with the CMO and VP of Marketing Strategy to develop, plan and execute the marketing organization’s vision, goals, strategies, and key initiatives. Provide strategic internal and external insights, data and analysis, and recommendations. Work with the Marketing Programs and Operations Manager to ensure key projects and initiatives align to marketing’s strategic goals and are executed efficiently and effectively. Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and partner to the CMO and the Marketing Leadership team, providing strategic insights, data and analysis, and recommendations. Work with the CMO to establish a regular operating rhythm for the Marketing Leadership team and broader Marketing organization. Build and maintain trusting relationships cross-functionally and with key stakeholders in other departments. Drive the communication and flow of information across the marketing organization. Partner with internal and external communications teams as required to ensure consistency, transparency and the right stakeholders are informed at the right time. Work in partnership with business stakeholders and leaders to enable a data-driven approach to setting priorities and monitoring effectiveness in executing them. Drive accountability for KPIs and OKRs and ensure key decisions have a clear owner and plan of execution. Act as a point of escalation for marketing leaders to flag issues, risks or concerns to the CMO. Manage communication to ensure the CMO is prepared and informed. Build and maintain trusting relationships cross-functionally and with key stakeholders in other departments Stay informed on relevant industry trends and developments and provide the CMO with timely information as required. Perform other related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Advanced level of strategic business operations and/or strategic project/program management experience. Proven experience partnering and supporting senior and executive leaders. Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, with demonstrated experience helping design and execute strategic initiatives to deliver measurable business results.
