　　Are you a chief engineer who is a hands-on technical expert with deep knowledge in multiple areas and a variety of experience across different technologies, business domains, technology stacks, and frameworks?

　　WHAT YOU’LL DO

　　Stay hands-on with coding

　　Participate in complex solutions and design technical architecture of a system using correct reference architecture in the particular business domain

　　SWAT activities in a client project

　　Being a trusted technical advisor and a mature expert who knows how to adopt strategies into practical implementation, you will lead new directions and build trusted partnership engagements with clients

　　Participate as a technical expert in solution consulting, project discovery activities, or intakes

　　Share knowledge inside and outside of EPAM, promote engineering culture, and help less mature engineers advance to the next level of their careers

　　Take an active role in technical interviews, assessments, and level-up programs

　　Participate in talent engagement activities to find and convince strong talents to join EPAM in Türkiye

　　Act as a Lead Learning Architect for junior education programs to design, mentor, and contribute to each phase and each trainee journey

　　Finding out the suitable junior candidates to be trained

　　Pair, mentor, and monitor them to grow and select the best-fit candidates for EPAM

　　Guide them to focus on and improve the right skills

　　Get them involved in global or local client projects in the right business domain, industry, and technology aligned with EPAM Türkiye's strategy and goals

　　Work with EPAM Education organization and EPAM Clubs, communities and social media teams, participate in social media campaigns and online challenges aimed at showcasing the program's unique benefits and opportunities to prospective students

　　Operationalize a curriculum that provides a seamless blend of online and offline educational experiences, focusing on practical immersion in advanced software engineering tasks

　　Coordinate a group of technology ambassadors to engage with the market in different ways (i.e., technology content generation, university or community interactions) to create EPAM Türkiye “Engineering the Future” and “Home of Modern Engineer” awareness for the technologists

　　WHAT YOU HAVE

　　Hands-on experience with multiple technologies, business domains, programming languages and frameworks

　　Constantly learn and have up-to-date knowledge of the technology stack(s), follow and know technological trends

　　Many production projects, initiatives, technical designs, POC, R&D, technical consultancy, etc., in different areas, with various technical challenges, different solutions, and technologies used

　　Ability to engineer and implement critical parts of a complex solution (e.g., a distributed cloud-based system, high-load/low-latency service, heterogeneous system that spans and integrates multiple platforms)

　　Ability to adopt emerging technologies for project needs

　　Able to modernize legacy systems using new technologies. Applies system thinking for analysis, design, and implementation

　　Able to start a new project from scratch and cover the complete SDLC from a technical point of view following the latest engineering excellence practices

　　Experience designing system components or whole solutions. Able to explain the pros and cons of proposed solutions

　　Able to technically validate and implement a solution designed by another architect

　　Clean code and software craftsmanship

　　Quick knowledge acquirer – goes beyond current technical competency/comfort zone

　　Deep understanding and practical experience working in team setups that follow practices accepted in the industry (e.g., Agile)

　　Deep technical expertise with an impact on a project level or broader than a project level; it might be a client or company-wide impact

　　Have been part of a SWAT team for fixing technical issues, or

　　Led and consulted on various initiatives and efforts on the client's side, or

　　Have participation experience in solution consulting, discovery activities

　　Shares knowledge as an expert. Leads local technical communities and user groups

　　Blogging (personal blog, medium.com, StackOverflow, GitHub, etc.)

　　Influence on public projects, open-source initiatives, communities, and foundations

　　Tech talks, meetups speaker; speaking at conferences, podcasts

　　Participation in hackathons

　　Excellent communication skills in English
