Description
Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee's role enables them to work at a GM facility or off-site as frequently as needed or desired. This position requires an employee to be onsite 3 times per week at the GM Regional Office in Westlake Village, CA.
The selected candidate must live or relocate to within 50 miles of Westlake Village, CA. Relocation may be provided.
The Chevrolet Sales & Marketing Analyst is an integral member of the Western Region's support team. This individual analyzes market trends and develops reports for the regional leadership and field teams to increase sales and drive profitability. In conjunction with the Field Marketing Manager & the Assistant Field Marketing Manager, the Analyst will develop data-driven strategies to support our regional business plans. The analyst will create and distribute critical reports and tools to help the region hit (and exceed) our objectives. This individual must have advanced excel skills.
Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends and develop reports for regional leadership and field teams to increase sales and profitability Create and distribute specific Western Region daily retail sales report Participate in weekly Zone Manager conference calls Provide insights on current and historical sales, share, and inventory trend to the WR leadership as needed Provide numerous month-end performance reports to agency partners, zone and regional teams Develop reports, tools and activities designed to help the region hit and/or exceed CAP goals Complete ad-hoc assignments requested by RD, FMM, AFMM and ZM's Support the STIMI allocation process Support distribution/ordering (tracking and analyzing consensus cycles and weekly DOSPs) Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, data analytics or related areas required Strong analytical skills required Advanced Excel and other Microsoft applications skills required Some Dealer Contact Experience preferred Strong written and oral communication skills required High level of interpersonal skills to work collaboratively both within and outside the organization Ability to work independently

The expected base compensation for this role is: $65,646 - $96,880. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
