Transformation team is looking for their futur IBP Lead, role based in Colombes (Paris).
Responsibilities
The role endorses 3 main accountabilities:
In a project mode: play a critical role in ensuring all teams successfully implement the new processes by maintaining a positive approach, ongoing engagement and alignment with key stakeholders and supporting the BU leaders in solving issues Lead the company to improve KPI performance, tangible evidence of the cross-functional resolution of business dilemmas.Ensures the right management of Risks and Opportunities, Demand Scenarios and Supply Options throughout all the IBP process
We are looking for an IBP lead to join and play an integral part in the France Strategy & Transformation team. Key responsibilities of France IBP lead:
Lead IBP to capture all potential benefits of the new IBP process whilst ensuring adherence to global standards as defined in Global PlaybookEstablish, advocate and ensure proper governance of the IBP processes through forum owners, facilitators and BU Leadership TeamOversee execution of IBP Reviews (iS&OP and iS&OE) and govern RACI and decision rightsPartner with key functions (Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain) to lead IBP for the BUEnsures that IBP team have the skills/knowledge to leverage the IBP capabilitiesFoster close collaboration with the COE IBP Europe teams, to set priorities on Training and Capability needs following assessment results reviewDefine the methods, tools, governance and training needs required to successfully deliver the road map to increase IBP maturityEnsure the BUs IBP community have completed all relevant IBP Academy trainingFacilitates and coordinates monthly MBR (Management Business Review)Support delivery of accurate and timely pre-read content in advance of MBRDrive senior leadership cross functional alignment to 'One Plan'Create the appropriate environment/culture to ensure that decision/actions agreed are executed across all functions so that PepsiCo delivers against its strategic and financial objectivesEnsures the right management of Risks and Opportunities, Demand Scenarios and Supply Options throughout all the IBP processActs as a key integrator between iS&OP and iS&OE, between IBP and AOP, between IBP and PSP/ESP, and between IBP and PxF and identifies key escalations for next cycle or forum, as well as seamless connectivity between the different processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's and Master' degree (preferably with studies in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance). Having an MBA is a plus.12+ years experience in either supply chain, demand planning, finance or sales. Having combined functional experience is a plus.7+ years in the FMCG industry4+ years experience in IBP (iS&OE or iS&OP) or Demand PlanningCollaborative and team player
