The Atlassian customer base and channel community continues to grow at an amazing rate. We are looking for a full time Channel Program Manager. You will collaborate, research, make recommendations, and potentially launch a program or initiative for the Channel Business Development teams. This program helps accelerate Atlassian's business with their partner ecosystem and customers.

Please note: At this time, this role is only open to entry level candidates with less than a year of professional experience (this does not include internships/co-ops).
Compensation At Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $93,200 - $124,200
Zone B: $83,900 - $111,900
Zone C: $79,200 - $105,600
Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and/or equity. More about you:
Be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters and graduating by June 2024Pursuing a degree in Business, Business Strategy, Business Administration, Communications, or similar programExperience in project or group managementExcellent communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. The role requires a proven track record in messaging/positioning, program management, and broad execution capabilities.Experience designing and managing processes, projects, and programs; and you are highly organized, analytical, data driven, and like to put together business plans to support program decisions.
