About the Role
Rapid7 is seeking a Channel Operations Specialist (MSSP), a fundamental role that is critical to enabling and supporting the growth and success of Rapid7's MSSP ecosystem.
This role will be the center point of MSSP operations, working hand in hand with the MSSP team to design and create operational processes, reporting and system enhancements that will support the evolution of our global MSSP strategy. They will help establish defined program success metrics that provide critical insights into the effectiveness of our MSSP program.

The Partner Operations and Program team work hand in hand with the global partnerships organization to lead, design and operationalize our processes and programs to support and accelerate our go to market partner strategy.

In this role, you will:
Be at the forefront of development of new and enhanced operational processes that can be adopted and integrated globally across our MSSP Program.Work closely with key stakeholders across the business such as IT and Product Teams, to develop systems and implement new tools and technology that can support MSSP Partner experience and simplify our operational process to allow for a more streamlined sales process.Establish defined program success metrics that provide critical insights into the effectiveness of our MSSP program, leveraging data visualization tools, including Tableau to provide channel leadership with critical data-driven insights into MSSP channel performance.Work cross-functionally to review and develop internal and external processes that enhance the MSSP Partner experience when working with Rapid7.Maintain close working relationships and establish a cadence for partnership with internal teams and the regional Channel Sales Leader as the primary point of contact for all MSSP Partner Operations enquiries, help and support.Responsible for MSSP Partner account hygiene and maintenance across all systems to ensure consistent tracking of partner performance against program requirements and partnership expectations.
Ensure internal and external MSSP Program documentation, including Rules of Engagement guidelines are continually updated and remain current against our MSSP program and operational processes.

3-4 years experience working in or supporting business operations.Strategic understanding of software partner ecosystems, ideally security partners and MSSPs.Top-notch data analysis skills, ideally using Tableau; ability to analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions and create data stories.Experience working cross-functionally, with multiple stakeholders, to achieve desired outcomesTeam-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive impact through influence and collaboration across multiple functions and levels of an organization.Self-starter without requiring prescribed direction or actions; You're able to diagnose business and process challenges, and drive initiatives to address those challenges.Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including establishing credibility and trust with internal customers and building influential relationships with partners in the business.Proven track record of being highly organized with an emphasis on attention to detail and capable of managing multiple work streams at the same timeExperience with Netsuite, SalesForce, Impartner or similar CRM or ERP systems.Team-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive impact through influence and collaboration across multiple functions and levels of an organization.Vigorous work ethic, sense of urgency, and customer service mentality.
