Job Overview:
This Senior Analyst requires a strong cross-functional collaborator who can successfully work across multiple teams, and be seen as the subject matter expert for all data related enquiries to support the Channel team. You thrive in a dynamic environment, contribute innovative ideas, are a self-starter who can identify business issues and determine ways to directly tackle them, possess effective financial and project management skills, and assist in the evolution of our operational and financial models such as Partner rebates and commissions designs.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with the North America team to develop and provide Business Analytics and Reporting on a Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly basis for the Channel business including defining operational metrics and creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in SFDC, DOMO and Tableau to provide critical operational insights.Provide data to support ad-hoc requests from the Channel team as needed, such as Partner QBRs.Manage a variety of important end-to-end operational processes such as Partner Onboarding and termination, PACT Program compliance reviews and NFR processing.Maintain close working relationships with internal teams as the primary point of contact for Partner Operations enquiries internally and externally.Manage incoming requests to the Channel Operations team and ensure a timely response via email, Slack, etc.Work closely with the wider Channel Operations team to ensure the partner mailbox is managed effectively and efficiently.Responsible for SFDC partner account hygiene and maintenance.
The skills you'll bring include:
A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a software or SaaS Operations environment.Expert knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, MS Office and G-Suite tools, including business intelligence tools such as Tableau.Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce or similar CRM or ERP systems.Top-notch data analysis skills; ability to analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including establishing credibility and trust with internal customers and building influential relationships with partners in the business.Experience with developing and implementing Channel Sales processesFamiliarity with Managed Service Provider modelsSelf-starter without requiring prescribed direction or actions; You're able to diagnose business and process challenges, and drive initiatives to address those challenges.Strong track record of being highly organized with an emphasis on attention to detail and capable of managing multiple work streams at the same time.Possess the confidence to implement change and improve on the status quo.Quick learner who is naturally curious and thrives in the face of the unexpected, ambiguity and change.Team-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive impact through influence and collaboration across multiple functions and levels of an organization.Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and customer service mentality.
