Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Channel Marketing and Communications Specialist. This role reports directly to the Channel Marketing and Communications Manager, working closely under their leadership to strategically support Eaton's North American channel partners.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $62250.03 - $91300.04 a year.

What you'll do:
The Channel Marketing and Communications Specialist will be responsible for driving awareness of Eaton's Electrical Sector products and services through strategic marketing and communications efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and managing key channel marketing programs (including priority digital & social media initiatives) while also working directly with channel partners to support their Eaton-focused campaigns. Additionally, this employee will be responsible for driving Eaton's channel marketing communications, including the writing and development of channel partner and sales-focused eNewsletters.
This role involves building/maintaining relationships with various teams, speaking confidently about Eaton, creating marketing resources to enable channel partners, and understanding how Eaton supports (and can better support) its distributors. They will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders under the leadership of the Channel Marketing and Communications Manager, focusing on driving digital resources to ensure Eaton remains a thought leader for channel in the digital marketing space.
This role requires a strong marketing and communications background with familiarity/experience in copywriting, social media, basic graphic design, and content/program development. The ideal candidate is creative and forward-thinking.
Channel Marketing and Communications Specialist Responsibilities:
Supports the Channel Marketing and Communications manager on the development and tracking of overarching channel marketing initiatives, executing program development based on the evolving needs of channel Assists in writing and managing channel communications, working closely with email and web teams to gather metrics, report out on data, and drive continuous improvement Promotes the use/adoption of Eaton's core digital marketing resources, including managing the Distributor DigiPack program and the Amplify social media program (HootSuite) Conducts proactive market research and validation to identify new opportunities to promote Eaton via channel, developing a keen understanding of distributor needs and pain pointsWorks with approved Eaton vendors and MarCom teams to develop and create creative assets in addition to utilizing Canva to create basic imagery/collateral for channelWorks directly with distributor marketing teams to support their business-specific marketing efforts, participating in annual business reviews and strategy sessions to align on KPIsBe a champion for Eaton branding and voice within the channel organization, working with vendors and designers to develop fresh, relevant marketing resources and tools
Skills:
Required Qualifications (Must have):
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Minimum 1 year of experience working in marketing/communications (Internship experience will be considered)Strong familiarity and working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Office, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have):
Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, HootSuite, PercolateCorporate communications and/or social media experienceB2B marketing and/or communications experience
