About Channel Marketeer B2C

  W e are looking for a Channel Marketeer B2C (Trade Marketing Expert/ Manager) to join our Consumer CEE Central Team in Prague, Czechia.

  As a Channel Marketeer B2C you will be responsible for all consumer channel marketing activities toward retail customers and end consumers in Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will work closely with sales teams and partners to ensure we deploy our Accelerate LED, HUE, and WiZ Growth strategy in the local market.

   What you'll do Delivering marketing strategy for the assigned region and channel,Defining and executing B2C Go-To-Market strategy in cooperation with sales & marketing teams,Developing metrics, reports, forecasts, and market analyses,Be responsible for marketing activity plan in the retail channel,Design channel campaigns focused on market and consumer needs,Define and deliver tools and programs that are effective, sustainable, scalable, and measurable,Launch new products and technologies, and develop new channels and customers,Support channels offer optimization, category management, and in-store communication in modern retail. What you'll need

  Degree in Business Administration in marketing/sales or a related discipline,Fluent Czech/Slovak and English (both orally and in writing) is a must,At least 4+ years of experience in any combination of trade marketing, channel marketing, or channel sales roles in B2C (dedicated to modern retail customers) domain,3+ years in market/customer-facing operations involving different go-to-market models,3+ years in managing the design and production of channel-specific marketing support materials with the ability to maintain creativity and professionalism in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment,Demonstrated understanding of business operations, marketing principles, and management skills and techniques,Strong commercial communication skills,Flexible team player and self-motivated,Target oriented; problem solving skills.What you'll get in return...
