What you'll do:
The primary function of the job is managing Channel Partners within Klang Valley, direct sales efforts to achieve annual sales and growth targets for DPQ Projects. This position will be responsible for developing a partner business plan covering revenue, marketing, meeting agreed target, and promoting the EATON's presence for both IT and OT environment.
"A. Achieve PQ sales revenue target in the assigned country which includes 1-Phase UPS, Rack, intelligent PDU, Micro Data Center, and Services business.
B. Responsible to support overall channel growth, maximizing revenue, profitability and market share C. Performance measured based on Managed Partner's sell in/sell out performance
D. Develop channel sales strategy with EA team and implement plans to increase market share and profitability of products and services
E. Point of contact for PQ's managed partner (resellers/SI/retailers/Ecom partners)
E. Managed partners onboarding, coaching & motivation. Assists partner in pres-sales & sales activities
F. Work with EA marketing & channel team to implement the company's marketing communication & sales activities to sustain the brand image
G. Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis I. Drive sales-out with managed partners through partner program, sales/lead-gen activities, joint customer visit. J. Conduct quarterly business review, bi-weekly/monthly business/sales pipeline review with partners
H. Work closely with Distributor Account Manager & CPS End User Sales Manager to drive sales through channels
I. Comply with bid review process
J. Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements
K. Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
L. Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values P.
M. Build relationship with key channel partners to grow the 2-tier and single-tier channel business
N. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
"A. 10+ years of sales experience
B. 5+ years sales experience in IT Projects and/or UPS Systems"

Knowledge and network of Key stakeholders (Consultants, System Integrators, End Users)
