Job Description
A pharmaceutical client in Raritan, NJ is seeking a Change Manager to join their enterprise UX/OCM team in their End User organization. The goal of this team is to create detailed strategy and execution surrounding their change programs. This person will be responsible for cross-team collaboration, specifically with data analytics to design metrics, journey map creation, and execution of change representing the voice of the end user. To be successful, this person will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, previous experience working with Visual Designers, understanding of end user change process, familiar with different visualization tools like Visio, or Mural and change methodologies, and targeted in their change strategy. Similarly, they will be tasked with design change management programs and approaches required to deliver required business and behavioral change outcomes. This position will be hybrid in Raritan, NJ. Seeking 2-3 days a week onsite.
Skills and Requirements
5-7+ years in OCM on an enterprise End User team
Expert in designing complex change programs, using multiple communication channels and multiple behavioral change messages to drive change outcomes.
Previous experience maintaining visual and strategic components of change journeys and programs needed to support major implementations.
Experience using several change management methodologies, (i.e., Prosci ADKAR model or other change management frameworks). null
