Change Management/Communications Lead TS/SCI with FSP REQUIRED

　　Position Description

　　High visibility opportunity within the organization to make a lasting impact to organizational change management, and ensure a smooth transition to a new warehouse location Be part of a dynamic team leading the Client's transition to a new warehouse distribution center while also maintaining the operational tempo of the existing warehouse and meeting the clients ever-changing needs.

　　Your future duties and responsibilities

　　Deliver timely, accurate and consistent messaging content to three main groups

　　a.Sensitivities to warehouse workforce relocating

　　b.Management

　　c.Customer base

　　• Flexible and able to adjust to changing requirements

　　• Works well independently

　　• Work with stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements and communicate needs

　　• Work across organizational boundaries

　　• Develop and implement effective communications strategies that build customer satisfaction

　　• Create informative messaging and communicate action item updates

　　• Respond to client requirements and concerns in a timely manner

　　Required qualifications to be successful in this role

　　• Prior experience working with a US Government client

　　• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　• Ability to manage multiple audiences

　　• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly required

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $104,765.00 to$132,595.00
