As part of the Job Architecture Project, the Change Specialist will focus on the people's side of change, including changes to business processes, roles and responsibilities, systems, and technologies. You will create and deliver strategies and plans to help all stakeholders maximize the adoption of new Job Architecture standards and sustain behavioral change.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll do...
Develop change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder analysis, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training. Coordinate with a change management consultant to develop change strategies and implement change initiatives related to the impact of Job Architecture to business processes and technologies. Support the employee experience by designing, developing, and delivering highly creative and modern communication and change management methodologies. Measure, assess, and report change management effectiveness across the full lifecycle of the project. Develop and maintain workstream objectives, project plans, risk management and execute in alignment with the overall program plan. Ensure that the change management is fully integrated into all other project activities as appropriate to ensure the change impact is considered in all aspects of this implementation. Provide direct support and coaching to program leadership and other change champions within the Organization in helping them fulfil their role as change champion.
QUALIFICATIONS
You'll have...
Bachelor's degrees with at least 3-5 years in Human Resources, Communications, or related functions 2+ years of experience in operational/consulting roles supporting major system and business process transformation change initiatives with a focus on the employee experience Comfortable with a complete range of current change management tools and techniques, including digital media, and how to use them in an integrated, strategic, and creative way Ability to identify and translate requirements for Change Management into clear and measurable work products Ability to measure, demonstrate and articulate the change impact to the business, of specific process and service changes and to make these tangible for employees Excellent engagement, relationship building, and expectation management skills with stakeholders of all organizational levels across a diverse and global environment Passion for developing creative ways to optimize engagement and learning, and proven experience applying innovative and creative solutions to drive change adoption Experience with measuring change adoption effectiveness Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Fully proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Highly motivated individual who can follow through and work with minimal direction or supervision
Work Requirements:
Involves occasional (defined as one-third or less of the time) lifting of no more than 10 pounds at a time. Work is performed primarily in a seated position and entails no significant stooping, standing, climbing, walking, etc. Many sedentary jobs require good use of the hands and fingers for repetitive hand-finger actions. Working conditions occur within low to moderate noise levels related to the use of standard office or classroom equipment.
