  The Tax Transformation Office serves Deloitte Tax, focused on transforming client service delivery inclusive of people, process, and technology in order for our Tax Professionals to deliver efficient, high value, quality service to our clients. Tax Transformation drives improvements across the full range of Tax market offerings.   Responsibilities

  The role requires working knowledge of professional services and the end-to-end technology delivery life cycle. As a Tax Transformation Change Management - Senior Manager, you will work across multiple tax market offerings collaborating with Tax subject matter specialists, technologists, and the Transformation team within the Tax Transformation Office. As a senior manager, you will work closely with the Change Lead, provide day to day management, and support development of Tax Transformation team members. Project related activities span across multiple Business Threads, including tax compliance delivery for Corporate, Investment Management, Operating Flow-Through, Individuals, Estates & Trusts, and Indirect Tax services, as well as cross-thread activities. Responsibilities include:

  Stakeholder analysis and engagement

  Leadership alignment

  Development of change strategy

  Assess change impacts and implications

  Development and execution of the Change Action Plan

  Managing Change Network

  Managing Adoption Metrics

  Developing and managing Communications Plan

  Developing and distributing communications

  Managing User Survey

  Support Executive reporting

  Assessing change readiness

  Support of the design and delivery of training programs

  The team

  Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office is responsible for collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define delivery standards and the standard processes to support the delivery of Tax services, as well as the related development and deployment of technology to enable service delivery. Members of Tax Transformation elevate Deloitte Tax Professionals, in order that they may provide higher value services to Deloitte clients, through identifying opportunities to streamline delivery, increase resource fungibility, improve ROI on technology investments, increase agility, and elevate the digital client experience. The Tax Transformation Office focuses on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver value-added and efficient Tax services to our clients. Tax Transformation consists of professionals with varying backgrounds ranging from Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and other IT professionals including Quality Assurance and Technology Support. The team consults and executes on a wide range of projects with a strong focus on process design and deployment and adoption, including stakeholder analysis, communications, learning and change management.

  Qualifications

  Required:

  A bility to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week

  Bachelor's degree in business or information technology related field

  8+ years human capital and change management experience

  Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on project work and phase of the delivery cycle

  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering outstanding quality and meeting established deadline

  One of the following active accreditations obtained:

  Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA

  If not CPA eligible:

  Licensed Attorney

  Other: Vendor certification for management of implementations (Oracle, SAP, Thomson Reuters, etc.) or relevant industry certification such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), AWS (Amazon Web Services or GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

  Preferred:

  Experience working within a professional services environment

  Strong Project Management skills

  Strong PowerPoint/Excel experience

  Data analysis

  End-to-end technology project delivery

  Stakeholder analysis and/or leadership alignment

  Experience developing change management key messages and communications using multiple platforms, i.e. video, email, PowerPoint etc.

  Experience applying Change frameworks

  Adoption planning

  Working knowledge of data management and metrics

  Strong experience on deployment, adoption and driving change

  The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145,250 - $330,590.

  You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
