　　We are currently seeking a Change Management Consultant, Level 3 to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

　　Must perform the following:

　　Analysis and development of business "critical success factors" for cloud email migration; Analysis and development of cloud email migration architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training; Lead definition of business strategy and processes in support of NSL cloud transformation and portfolio change management activities; Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities; Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring); Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders; Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions; and Any other Work related to this category

　　Mandatory requirements:

　　Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in the role of Change Management Consultant.

　　OR

　　Must have at least five (5) years of experience in the role of Change Management Consultant plus a university undergraduate degree OR a college diploma/certificate from a recognized post- secondary institution in any field.

　　Certificate program must be the completion of two (2) years of post-secondary studies at a recognized college.

　　A copy of the degree or diploma/certificate must be provided with the resume.

　　Must have seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in analysing changes to existing systems, processes and organizations. Must have at least two (2) projects within the last ten (10) years which involved organizational change management within a large organization.

　　large organization is defined as an organization in excess of 10,000+ employees. Must have seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in coordinating organizational change including development of training and coordination with other stakeholders.

　　Other Requirements

　　Candidates located in the Ottawa region are preferred; remote work locations may also be considered.
