Able to work remote 50%of the time and will travel 50% to various plant locations in the Midwest and East Coast. Job Description: Consultant Resource to lead the change management workstream at the plant level for the maintenance reliability Initiative. As a key member of the site implementation team and a member of the change team, the plant focused Change Lead will work closely with the Reliability Transformation Program Change Lead and receive coaching on change management activities, and deliverable creation to drive consistency and user adoption across the network. This role will partner with the Project Manager and the other project resources to ensure deliverables are met. This role will support interaction across all levels of the organization, multiple business areas and location and service providers. Key Responsibilities: The maintenance Reliability (MR) Initiative is a multi-year effort on implementation and integration of the standard Global EAM model (software and process) across all PCB plants. The initial two-year focus is implementation, integration (Requisitions, PO payments, etc.) and operationalization of a single version of Hexagon EAM software and foundational capabilities. Two plants (Sparks and Lancaster) already have the new version of the software installed. The Plant Change Lead will be a key member of the Plant Implementation Team(s) and will travel to sites on a regular basis; 50% travel estimate. Responsibilites: Work within MR program for EAM Develop and execute Change Management Plans for defined Plants for the Maintenance Reliability Program Identify and understand site sponsor, stakeholders, change impacts, risks, and assumptions - develop and execute plans to manage change. Work with the RT Program CL to develop the change plan and the creation of deliverables - collaborate with other Plant Change Leads to support and learn from each other. Develop and manage stakeholder communication and training plans at defined plants. Continue to deliver CM foundations, verify, and partner with the program and business leadership, while staying connected to the Pet Integration Change Management team IMO.
