　　Resident Personal Care: dressing/undressing; bathing; oral hygiene;grooming; toileting or bedpan/catheter bag change;collection ofstool/urine specimen. Resident Physical Care: transfer in/out of bed,wheelchair, etc.; exercise; back rub;placement of supportive pads orprotectors; assist fallen residents. Resident Medical Care: weighResident; take vital signs;external eye cleansing; apply warm/coldpacks; report any change in condition to supervising physician or nurse;chart;Resident information; give input on care plan; answer call light;provide hospice care. Resident Home Care: distribute mealtrays; feedResidents; distribute/gather utensils; collect/distribute linens andclothing; change bedding; tidy Residentsbedstands, closets, and rooms;empty linen barrels; clean wet floors and disinfect bathtubs.
